About itSMF USA
Since our beginning in 1997, itSMF USA has become known as the premier Service Management professional forum. We continuously strive to expand our capabilities and professional services for our memberships.
Currently, we have 40 active itSMF USA Local Interest Groups (LIGs) and one Student-Special Interest Group (S-SIG). By joining LIGs, members have the opportunity to exchange ideas and stay informed about current and discrete developments in their fields.
itSMF USA members include IT professionals, technology vendors, government agencies, professional education and training organizations, as well as individuals interested in the delivery and support of IT services and the fundamental concepts behind Service Management.
